After receiving a loan denial I decided to check my credit. XXXX XXXX has been reporting erroneous information to the three major credit bureaus. The company has been reporting and increasing outrageous amounts that are false and is causing financial difficulties. The account with XXXX has been closed and charged off since 2016. The company took the debt to civil court and was awarded a judgment in the amount of XXXX. XXXX has continued to report a high balance of {$28000.00} and the amount is climbing every month. These reporting are false and fraudulent and is causing financial difficulties. I no longer have an open account with this company I dont see how they are legally allowed to report increasing balances per month.
