I was on XXXX XXXX and was not able to access the lender web portal for payment, I usually setup Auto Payments on my accounts to avoid missed payments, I did not do so on this account as it was relatively new. Fast forward, unintentionally the payment was missed, when received a certified mail from lender ( I can monitor my USPS account ) I rushed into calling the lender and clear my ledger- this was very expensive call to make. I never missed a payment once, this was purely due to IT issues, not fair to see such damage to my credit report which I worked very hard to maintain for access or IT issues. Lender : XXXX XXXX XXXX. Reported : yes, to most credit bureaus and lender with no fair resolution.
