XXXX, Transunion, and XXXX are failing to remove the security freeze from my credit report as well as the fraud alert from my credit report. I have requested to ask them to remove the fraud alert but, they refuse to do so, and or delay the process longer than what is needed. I asked XXXX, Transunion, and XXXX several times to remove to fraud alert and they refuse to do so via phone after I have verified my identity several times as required. Please refer to the documents attached social security number and government-issued ID with this report to prove my identity.
