It has been a battle going through all these and I am submitting this CFPB complaint requesting to the Credit Reporting Agencies to delete the disputed Fraudulent accounts and information completely from my Credit File. How many times do I have to tell the Credit Bureaus that I was a victim of identity theft and that the accounts I am disputing were the results of such crime. I have been asking to the Credit Bureaus to remove the the disputed items to correct my Credit File and send me copies od proof of verifcation if the Credit Bureaus claim that the disputed items belong to me. However, the Credit Bureaus have been disappointing me and have failed to send me copies of documents I have been asking from them. I have also been sending dispute letters to the Credit Bureaus attached with complete documents of proof of identity and Identity Theft Report I received from the FTC. I am submitting this CFPB Complaint to follow up the previous CFPB complaint I submitted and requesting the Crediet reporting Agencies to remove the disputed items before I am forced to take legal actions.
