I pulled a copy of my TransUnion credit report and after reviewing the information, I noticed that Transunion have a bankruptcy listed on my credit report. This information was placed on my credit report in XX/XX/XXXX and have been on my file since then. I have disputed this information with TransUnion to get no response, or just completely ignore the fact that the information, is incorrect. TransUnion is in violation of Public Law 91-508-OCT.26,1970, Findings, and Purpose -607.B Fair Credit Reporting Act 611 ( a ) [ 15 USC 1681i ( a The Bankruptcy Court has no interaction with credit bureaus, including XXXX, TransUnion, and XXXX XXXX The Bankruptcy Court does not report information regarding bankruptcy cases to credit bureaus and does not verify the accuracy of information regarding bankruptcy cases held by credit bureaus. So how is this placed on my consumer file, since the court did not furnish this information to TransUnion. On XXXX XXXX I filed Complaint Number : XXXX to TransUnion, who replied stating that their is working on the file, and have determined that it is fraud. They never provided me a completed credit report, and or investigated the initial dispute regarding the bankruptcy on my credit report. They only replied that I am a victim of fraud see below for the company response and etc. 60 DAYS have passed they have failed to verify the information disputed, and fail to provide me an updated credit report. TransUnion is in violation of of Public Law 91-508-OCT.26,1970, Findings, and Purpose -607.B Fair Credit Reporting Act 611 ( a ) [ 15 USC 1681i. Please note that, I also contacted the court who provided me the letter attached to this second dispute.. This is the company response : We received your complaint about the items in your credit report and apologize for any difficulty you may have experienced. We are currently reviewing your complaint along with the information you previously submitted regarding this issue. We will follow-up with you within sixty ( 60 ) days from the date you submitted your request. Potential fraud STATUS Company responded there may be potential fraud involved on XX/XX/XXXX We reviewed the complaint you submitted and sent it to the company for a response. The company responded that you may have been a victim of fraud.
