Re : LVNV FUNDING LLC XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, SC XXXX I have disputed this collection account before but XXXX has NEVER required this debt collector to submit evidence of the ACTUAL default date. What appears on my credit report is the date they bought the debt, not the date of actual default, which was at least 13 years ago. The law clearly states that a debt must be removed from a credit report 7 years from the date of original default, not the date the collection agency bought the debt.
