In accordance with the fair credit reporting act, the list of accounts violated my federally protected comsumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681. 15 USC 1681-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knowingly or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is incorrect.
