I have asked this company to send me the contract saying I still have a balance and they keep ignoring my request. It was just removed on my credit report last month and now its back on there again. Its so many things reporting inaccurately with this account reporting on my credit report and its hurting me from getting a new car because its showing up wrong on my credit report. I have asked them to show me where they are getting these balances from because this account was paid off and closed by the insurance company.
