I opened up a dispute with this company and they sent you a letter back for me and I called the fraud dept and spoke with a nice lady and she transferred me over to a very rude not helpful man who refused to help me and told me that even though they have me in the system under a different address and other different information, they can not help me because the address is not the address they have on file. I explained to him that the letter ( attached on this complaint ) has my real address and I have NEVER lived anywhere else besides XXXX XXXX XXXX for the last 11 years and before that I lived at XXXX XXXX XXXX and he still refused to assist me. I asked for a signature stating that I authorized this credit card. I am totally confused and feel totally disrespected. The point is it is totally takiing a toll on my life and credit. I am XXXX XXXX XXXX and want to move into a retirement home and I promise I have never been late for anything or not paid on a bill that is truly mine.
