XXXX XXXX XXXX is reporting a charged off account on my reports that I have been disputing with each consumer reporting agency for a while now. This account is reporting multiple inaccurate and inconsistent information between each bureau such as different account numbers, open dates, last active dates and last payment dates. If all credit bureaus receive their information from the same place, how is it that each bureau is reporting something completely different than the next? The consumer reporting agencies are legally upheld to report 100 % accurate information on a consumers reports. They are supposed to conduct a thorough investigation into all disputes received and they have failed me. I am demanding that this account is deleted from my reports now as they are in violation of reporting this account per the FCRA. And please don't respond back with no generic response, a REAL INVESTIGATION SHOULD HAVE BEEN CONDUCTED NOT NO EOSCAR.
