XXXX XXXX is reporting an account with inaccurate late payments that I have been disputing with each credit bureau for quite a while now. They are verifying multiple inconsistent inaccurate late payments for XXXX of XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX of XXXX. How is it that one bureau reports this account late but the other two report it as on time? If the credit bureaus all get their information from the same place, why are they reporting inconsistently? Its clear that no valid investigation was done into the account pertaining to these inaccurate late payments which is against the law and my rights as a consumer to have accurate information on my credit report. These late payments are illegally reporting and I am demanding that they are deleted from reports and that this account is updated as on time as I was never late on this account!
