I got charged {$380.00} yesterday for a closed subscription with XXXX XXXX XXXX via XXXX that I cancelled back on XX/XX/2023. They charged my account twice. The first time on XX/XX/XXXX and again yesterday. The charge has posted on my bank account without my permission. I have contacted the merchant, they acknowledged that they cancelled the subscription on XX/XX/2023. I contacted XXXX customer service via email and phone the agent lied to me and stated that once the payment went from pending to posted on my bank account, Ill receive a refund. I havent received a refund yet. PNC bank customer service is investigating the matter, but hasnt reimbursed me.
