I have never received my original contract with my wet signature and I never signed a contract with XXXX XXXX and they have failed to validate the debt. Please send me copies If you can not find any of the info above immediately remove this account from my credit report. FACT 1 : There exist no PAPERWORK or DOCUMENTS that XXXX XXXX gave me FULL DISCLOSURE on how CREDIT was created with MY SIGNATURE! I believe NONE EXIST!! FACT 2 : I was also not told that I had 30 DAYS to VALIDATE THE DEBT! Fact 3 : I want to see the ACCOUNTING LEDGER should show what I owe you. You should be able to show how you lended me the money before giving me the money. After 30 days they ASSUME THE DEBT IS VALID! Because they know after 30 days they ASSUME THE DEBT IS VALID and they start collecting on it! Was this DISCLOSED TO YOU? No it was not thats another fact!!! DEBT COLLECTION is more than just COLLECTION ACCOUNTS and CHARGE OFFS! Its the account thats OPEN RIGHT NOW, its still a DEBT! Remember they are ASKING FOR MONEY to pay a DEBT, then it still applies! FACT 3 : I believe that there is no DOCUMENTATION from XXXX XXXX and I BELIEVE NON EXIST! You have 15 days to RESPOND to my original contract with my wet signature!
