XXXX originally charged me {$74.00} for a service last year. I originally disputed this bill on XXXX. ( screenshots of my chat with XXXX attached ). I cancelled my service with them on XX/XX/XXXX and returned the retened equipment, as of that point I could no longer use the service they provided. However, they decided that I had to pay full price for the service that I could no longer recieve. When I disputed the charge they told me it was a subscription and I didn't have a choice. Since then XXXX sent the bill to a debt collector, I.C. System Inc. I have spoken to them multiple times and informed them of the situation. I offered to pay the amount up until the cancelation date if they would consider the debt collected in full. The collector agreed over the phone and accepted payment of {$42.00}. Dispite this, I am still getting letters from the debt collector asking me to pay the remaining balance.
