I have a collection acct with a credit collection services. They had a debt for XXXX insurance I had. Its {$340.00}. I actually paid the debt with XXXX when I switched back to them. And it was reported paid in full. At this time I am now trying to get a home loan. Im a XXXX working with a company and to be able to get approved I need to have credit collection services remove this from my report. The company Im working with has had multiple clients get their items removed from their credit report when requested from credit collection services when asked. However they are refusing to remove mine. I dont feel that its fair to ne that they have removed others via a pay to delete proposal but when I ask them, they are refusing. This isnt a fair consumer proactive. I also have evidence in the form of a letter from them to another client they did remove it from so I know they do it even though they claim they wont.
