My complaint is against Experian. For NO discernable reason, they dropped my credit score by XXXX points and REFUSE to explain why. I just get generic rhetorical answers. I have worked IN credit most of my life and I KNOW the factors that affect a credit score. I have NOTHING that should have dropped my score. I reduced my credit card usage to zero percent as of my last statements, have not moved, I have not incurred new debt, I have no new inquiries, nor have any other new factors that should have caused this. Experian keeps answering me that they are not licensed credit advisors, so they are not qualified to answer as to why my score dropped! That is ridiculous! THEY dropped my score, so they had BETTER know why.
