After file my tax I decided to go with XXXX XXXX and they offered credit kharma to have my tax return. So I decide to out my direst deposit to my credit kharma debit card. After my direct deposit from work we r thru. After 2 day on XX/XX/XXXX, there was two withdraw transaction in XXXX XXXX California with me debit card. I receive a messege thru credit kharam app. I was at work ar XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, I have my debit card with me. I called the credit Khama help center and they denied my dispute. They giving me all these reasoning saying check my email and theyre not helping me. I work hard for my money and I only get paid {$18.00} an hour. So {$400.00} is a lot for me. Can you please help me. I am so angry I went with this company because they scamed me.
