I am a victim of identity theft. This is affecting my well-being.It is damaging my reputation and causing great grief to my mental health. This account is being reported on my Transunion consumer report without my consent and its inaccurate and misleading. I've never had a contract or rental agreement to purchase any product with this company. I never purchased or received any goods or services from this company. They are reporting false information on my consumer report. This is a violation according to under fcra sec 15 U.S.C1681s-2. Also under Section 605B it clearly states, if a consumer submits an identity theft report to a consumer reporting agency and requests a block on the reporting of information that resulted from the identity theft, the agency must comply with the request within XXXX business days. I was never contacted or never received any notification of this debt or information being reported on my consumer report. These consumer reporting agencies have a responsibility to make sure that the information that they are furnishing is 100 % TRUE AND ACCURATE. I believe they have failed to do so and this is also violates my rights according to 15 USC 1681i ( a ). The account is only on my transunion report because the other consumer reporting agencies already removed this account because they found it to be inaccurate and invalid. I dont know what made Transunion follow different procedure. The account is XXXX Acct # XXXX They state that my high balance is {$5100.00} and they are reporting that i owe {$2800.00}. I challenge all information for this account and i would like to see all original documents including all payment history and all original signed contracts that shows that i agreed to rent a product for {$5100.00} and leaving a balance of {$2800.00}. Thank you for your help. I appreciate it very much!!
