The company claims it is working on the problem but it's been 9 months. None months of claiming it's been working on it. Almost a year is unacceptable while my credit dropped XXXX points from no fault of my own. XXXX XXXX XXXX AKA XXXX XXXX randomly stopped reporting to credit agencies in XX/XX/XXXX. Ive had a XXXX balance for 15 months and never late prior to that. This made my credit score fall because credit agencies consider XXXX failures to report as me being late. Called the company and they said it would be fixed in 10 days. Then they did for 7 more months so it shows that I didnt pay for 7 months because they failed to report. Again, Ive had a XXXX balance for 14 months. My credit score fell XXXX points. Ive been on the phone with XXXX 3 times and talked to 6 people. Theyve written 3 letters admitting fault but havent fixed anything in 7 months. Ive deleted this to all 3 credit agencies and theyve just shrugged their shoulders. Hundreds of thousands of consumers have been affected. I can not buy a new vehicle for my business with a score that fell XXXX points, the internet rates are too high with those marks saying Im Late eve though I havent used the card since XXXX of XXXX. I have been unable to get any help from anyone. The internet is full of the same issues with this bank. Thank you.
