On XX/XX/XXXX, someone apply for prepaid debit card serve by XXXX XXXX, using a different email address and set up a pin i dont use. XXXX XXXX was not able to provide email address that was used. The name that was used was XXXX XXXX. My personal checking account XXXX XXXX union was compromised twice, {$80.00} charge by XXXX XXXX this is a wire transfer company, fraud company.
