All State insurance agent created a mortgage and auto policy for me and my wife without our consent, signature or verbal approval. I have text conversation with this agent where I specifically request this person that we are NOT interested in buying his policy. They took out information on the pretext of giving us a competitive quote however despite our request to NOT create any policy for us they started a policy without our consent. The agent withdrew money from our escrow account to pay for mortgage and auto loans despite r being asked NOT to do so. When we reached out to dispute this with the XXXX agent, he refunded us the amount. However since then we have been receiving bills, calls, texts and emails from debt collection services to collect {$200.00} debt to XXXX XXXX. This XXXX agent must be audited and debt collection services should be able to dispute this with their clients. Instead, debt collection services is asking us details and a copy of our actual insurance policy!
