XXXX has been illegally reporting three bankruptcies on my credit report. When disputing, the response is, " verified, remains ''. When I've asked who XXXX spoke with at the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Federal Court ), they have stated they got the information from Lexis Nexis. I do not have an account with Lexis Nexis and I am not sure how they have access to my SSN. I requested an Opt Out as of XX/XX/2023 and Lexis Nexis states it will suppress any public records to third parties. Lexis Nexis and XXXX have mislead the info seekers resulting in high interest rates and turn downs on home loans, credit cards, and a loan from XXXX XXXX Lift Loan which helps minority businesses with their small business loans. Additionally, the SBA also refused lending to me because of these three bankruptcies illegally reported on my credit report.
