Based on 15 US Code 1681c-2, a consumer reporting agency can block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that the consumer identifies as information that resulted from an alleged identity theft no later than 4 business days after dispute receipt. Per 15 US Code 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ) -permissible purpose, I never gave written permission to any reporting agency to report anything on my consumer report. This violates my rights as a federal protected consumer. NO CONSENT IS IDENTITY THEFT. As a consumer, I am requesting the deletion of the following and attached accounts immediately. 15 USC 1681 Section 604-states rights to consumers privacy Reporting agencies can not furnish an account without my written consent!
