first of i am a XXXX vet, i have two auto loans with vw credit. the XXXX XXXX, i no longer have in my possession as the other primary borrower does. i do not have accurate information as to where he lives anymore but the agreement was for him to take over payments in which he has but he is continuously late and it has been affecting my credit as well as his. i don't want to be on here anymore. i have expressed this many times to XXXX XXXX and they keep offering me the same options that dont and cant apply to me. i can not refinance because he has the vehicle and he does not have a license thats valid, then hes always late on payments. let him ( the other party be solely responsible and remove my name ). this has been affecting me severly as i cant obtain a house to buy let alone even rent because of this. i just want out of this as i am no longer working and cant keep up with having my name on the XXXX XXXX anymore. my credit is dropping bad and i want out of this or have asked them if the have a co-signer/buyer release form or what not. i can not afford to be on this as its detrimental to my health and credit..
