I have an open auto loan with your company Bridgecrest that was opened a few years back. Unfortunately, in XXXX XXXX XXXX I was 30 days late. I have tried to ask for a goodwill letter based on the long-standing relationship I've had with Bridgcrest and the fact that I was in a tight financial situation, but I was not very successful with this request. I am hoping that by reaching out to someone of higher authority that you would be able to assist me with getting the late payment removed from my credit report as it is causing me extreme hardship. I do believe that customer service is limited as far as customer requests are concerned, and I know that they are only doing their job. I want to insert that paying late was not intentional and I have been current ever since and my credit report will show that. We are all human and sometimes have misfortune, and I am asking to be forgiven for this mishap. I have really enjoyed my relationship with Bridgecrest and would love to continue doing business. I hope that you can forgive my shortcomings and help me with this late payment removal. I really hope to hear a favorable outcome from Bridgecrest. Thank you for your time.
