Let this complaint serve as my consumer statement as it relates to the fraudulent account. I XXXX XXXX provided all documents required by law to remove a fraudulent tradeline. As stated in the FCRA 15 usc 1681c-2 all items resulting from fraud must be blocked and removed from within 4 business days. The item was not removed during the investigation as stated under the FCRA neither which is a violation under the FCRA. Equifax is claiming the fraudulent account owner has verified the account. BUT IT IS FRAUD! PYOD has no proof my information was submitted by Me to this account holder. The account is a fraudulent! Equifax is to follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates and Equifax has failed and is continuing to report a fraudulent account. Ive provided all items required by 15 usc 1681c-2 1 ) appropriate proof of the identity of the consumer ; ( 2 ) a copy of an identity theft report ; ( 3 ) the identification of such information by the consumer; and ( 4 ) a statement by the consumer that the information is not information relating to any transaction by the consumer. What is Equifax reason for not abiding by the law? I am demanding you furnish the supporting documents and PROBABLE evidence that I have any obligation to the abovementioned accounts. If you are unable to produce said requirements within the generously allotted threshold, by federal law you are required to remove the accounts from my consumer report without prejudice.
