On XXXX XXXX I got in contact with XXXX XXXX in regards to some information that was reported to all three bureaus on the XXXX of XXXX and in XXXX of inaccurate payment information which negatively affected my credit report make my score decrease overall by overXXXX points across 2 months after notifying them about of this and the unrecognized charges that I noticed were reflecting on my account that overdrafted my account they guaranteed me that due to the unauthorized charges and their mistakes of one of the representative that did not submit the claim for processing when I initially requested it assured me that I had nothing to worry about they would be investigating and disputing on my behalf with Experian, XXXX XXXX, along with XXXX to have the info corrected and deleted from my credit report And that the correction would be visible after 45 day it has been 5 months and in still have not seen any changes in my score however after noticing no changes I contacted Experian about deleting all discrepancies and inaccurate information they informed me that all would be removed
