I have submitted several disputes regarding erroneous information on my account which keeps getting ignored. Im beginning to suffer mental anguish and heightened stress from having to continually submit disputes to have incorrect information deleted and or updated to accurately reflect my credit score. This is affecting my ability to purchase my first home because the scores are not being updated with accurate information across all 3 bureaus. For starters late payments are being reported when it is illegal to do so. Based on my interpretation of 15 USC 1681A, section 2 titled exclusions : transaction history is not included in consumer reports. Isnt payment history considered a TRANSACTION? Please clarify the bureaus interpretation of what late payment history is considered. The following accounts are being reported as late and I am demanding that the late payment history is updated. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is showing as a collection account when it was not in fact a collection. I am requesting deletion after requesting validation that has not been done. XXXX is a fraudulent account that continues to report and I have request deletion several times. XXXX XXXX has several errors in reporting. It shows as a closed account with a past due balance. How is that even possible when you guys claim to have accurately validated this account? In addition this amount keeps increasing and the status being updated as if this account is still open and active therefore SERIOUSLY affecting my credit rating and causing me great financial and emotional harm. At this point its unbearable and something has to be done. Credit card usage is not being updated to reflect the correct utilization. XXXX XXXX, XXXX and XXXX balances are incorrect and have been. Based on the creditors reporting date these are past due for an update that reflects ACCURATE utilization. Because it hasnt been updated and is greatly affecting my scores I cant qualify for a home loan which violates my rights. In addition XXXX XXXX is reporting twice for the same exact account. Thats false and fraudulent. Lastly the personal statement showing on my credit was not AUTHORIZED. I do not want to be classified as a fraud victim because it negatively affects me when creditors pull my report. Its essentially a scarlet letter and is discriminatory. I do not want any personal statements reflected on my credit report for this reason. Please also update the following information to reflect accurately : Employer SELFEMPLOYED is not accurate I am not also known as XXXX, XXXX, XXXX. This is a catch all and my name has never been that.
