I have tried numerous times via telephone and disputing on XXXX.XXXX to resolve this issue. I have been informed a number of times by XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX that they refuse to look into the incorrect billing nor do anything about this situation. Going back into 2019 I was informed by my former insurance company that this was a double bill and the original bill was paid in full. The hospital then turned my wifes bill over to a collection agency, which violated HIPAA laws due to personal information. XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX for XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2019, {$1000.00} and {$6300.00}
