I am filing this complaint due to the fact that I have been a victim of fraud and identity theft. I just discovered going on to my credit reports and really looking at what credit means, figuring out that someone had my information. On my credit report there is 2 hard inquires that I never authorized or had knowledge of. The 2 hard inquires are XXXX and XXXX XXXX. I knew that I never gave these creditors my information so I went ahead and disputed them off all 3 of my credit bureaus. Only one credit bureaus have been successful. Now that I have been struggling to get these off my report I contacted the original creditors stating the same thing and they validated that these were not mine and stated that they would contact all three bureaus stating these were identity theft, fraud, and to have them removed immediately. Now here I am still contacting the bureaus wondering as to why these inquires are still on there. I am filing this asking what TransUnion stated I needed after all these steps. I need a identity theft report sent to them and XXXX credit bureau about the XXXX XXXX inquiry. I need 2 identity theft reports. One for XXXX and one for Transunion. Please and thank you. I attached both credit reports.
