I have a charge on my account that I have been disputing since XXXX on 2022 and the CC company has done nothing to rectify this issue. I have sent them all the information and still nothing. I have been waiting for a supervisor that they keep promising me they will call me and nobody ever does. This has affected my credit score and I have had to put my purchases on hold because of it. I have filed a complaint withing the company and still nothing. I have made numerous calls to this CC company trying to get this fixed and taken notes every time I speak with a rep. I really need to get this fraudulent charge fixed and removed from my account. The company even went as far as decreasing my limit when I made the complaint against them and then apologized a month later to reinstate it back to the original credit limit because they were wrong but they still have not fixed the original issue. This company has still not bothered to reach out to me to get this issue fixed. They have not requested anything and this is affecting my credit score. This has been on going since XX/XX/2022 when it first started. They responded before the 15 days claiming they are still in the process of working on it. I have already submitted all screenshots of how many times I have tried to get this resolved in that time frame. This should not be in process for nearly 7 months after I have already sent them all the info they needed. I will be now filing a complaint with the XXXX.
