I have been turned down for a home loan due to this NOT GETTING RESOLVED! AND I HAVE PROOF OF TRYING FOR THE PAST YEAR TO GET THIS ALL RESOLVED WITH EACH CREDIT REPORTING AGENCY! I WILL BE TAKING THIS TO AN ATTORNEY NEXT AS I HAVE SEEN ALL THE COURTS DOCS STATING EACH CREDIT REPORTING AGANECY HAS ALREADY BROKEN THIS LAW WITH RECENT LAW SUITS!! I have mailed your several letters disputing information contained in consumer reports complied, initiated an published by you allegedly concerning regarding the following : Each account is listed on beginning on page XXXX AND Per CFPB records, you received my disputes on XX/XX/2023 ( COMPLAINT ID XXXX SUBMITTED ON XX/XX/2023 ) Accordingly, as per the FCRA you were REQUIRED to conduct a reasonable investigation and DELETE OR MODIFY the disputed information as I requested before the end of 30 day period of the date in which you received my dispute letter. You received my dispute request letter on ( date ). Therefore, your response was due on ( date ). Instead of sending me a response letter with the results of your full investigation by confirmation, you sent me a letter claiming the information was Verified You have willfully failed to DELETE OR MODIFIY the disputed information as I have requested. In lieu of the disputed information, you willfully failed to conduct a reasonable investigation and your assumption is a NOT VALID reason under FCRA LAWS to not reinvestigate my dispute. Note you have not made any reasonable determination that dispute was frivolous or irrelevant. Nor have you sent me once such determination that complies with the FCRA XXXX. Furthermore, I directly dispute the completeness and or accuracy of information contained in my consumer file. As per the FCRA your failure to reinvestigate is an intentional and or negligent FCRA VIOLATION. In a result of your conduct as described above, you shall promptly DELETE OR MODIFIY the disputed information. Additionally, as per the FCRA, you are now liable to me for damages for your conduct. In addition to your DELETION OR MODIFICATION of the disputed information, you are demanded to send a check in the amount of {$1000.00} payable to the order of XXXX XXXX. For each item you failed to complete fully. Be advised, the IS NOT another dispute or opportunity for you to reinvestigate the previous disputed items.
