XXXX XXXX XXXX has reported information in credit report for medical debt. They report several different dates. XXXX XXXX XXXX complaint concluded that the original company responded they do not have an account with my information. The information was removed and is now reported again. Previous complaints submitted. It has been disputed and removed over XXXX times with XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and Experian. Recent dispute requested a signature to validate that this is my account. This has not yet been received. Also requested proof of account opened 2021 as that is incorrect. The company has never provided information in writing as they did not have the correct address but during a complaint process Ive of the credit bureaus provided identifying information in the dispute. This company is not abiding by fair credit rules and the credit bureaus keep allowing this information to remove then get reported again.
