Add on to complaint XXXX Hi, Comenity Bank responded by restoring my rewards points. The problem is they say they are having problems with direct deposit redemptions. This has been ongoing since at least my original complaint of XX/XX/2022. At this point I want my rewards points redeemed in dollars. The only acceptable resolution is that if they can't do it electronically they write me a check. Thanks - XXXX
