I attempted to contact the Legal Department of Santander and the CEO XXXX XXXX, CFO and sent in several legal documents including this Notice Requesting Documentary Evidence for XXXX XXXX XXXX that was repossessed in XXXX of XXXX without my knowledge and I have made payments and there was only a small balance left to pay the vehicle.The vehicle was taken by a third party company that I did not have any knowledge of contracting with this towing company. Towing truck company violated my rights of subrogation along with Santander the finance company. I am requesting the Accounting Records Public and Private in accordance to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles ( GAAP ). Do not send me any form of billing statements as 15 USC 44 clearly specifies Documentary Evidence includes all documents, papers, correspondence, books of account, and financial and corporate records. Im sure that you are clearly aware of the evidence I am requesting in writing. I am allowing no more than 3 calendar days for your response.
