( 1 ) there are four accounts that are closed & older than 7 years old & legally should be removed from my credit reports ( 2 ) there is one account holder who report negative items three times two show no balance & as paid why aren't they removed if the reflect no outstanding balance ( 3 ) the company isn't allowing me to dispute any of this saying I already filed a dispute. That dispute was filed one to two years ago & they still didn't fix it then. I called they assured me the items would go away but they didn't. ( 4 ) isn't allowing me to update my personal info w/o calling. & calling is a forever hold type of thing.
