I spoke with XXXX at the Office of the President for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and she advised that XXXX is required to report to my account information to the credit reporting agencies. XXXX advised they have not notified any third party that the accounts are in dispute. XXXX advised that XXXX continues to report monthly to the third party credit reporting agencies. I reminded and advised XXXX that this account is in dispute. I advised XXXX that XXXX does NOT have my permission to report my personal information to any third party. I advised XXXX that XXXX continues to violate me by doing the following : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has been notified in writing and has received and recognized that the accounts listed are in dispute. XXXX continues to report incorrect and false information to third party credit reporting agencies, against my request that they refrain from doing so. XXXX is reporting incorrect information, and also reporting my personal and private information to a third party without my consent. I have advised XXXX that I am enforcing my right to opt-out of their credit reporting to ANY third party. Pursuant to 15 US Code 1681a ( 2 ) ( a ) ( i ), experiences and transactions between the consumer and the creditor are excluded from the consumer report. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is knowingly reporting incorrect information to credit reporting agencies and deliberately NOT reporting that the accounts are in dispute. Pursuant to 15 US Code 1692e ( 8 ), Communication or threatening to communicate to any person credit information which is known or which should be known to be false, including the failure to communicate that a dispute debt is disputed. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has sent me threatening letters, demanding payment on an account that is dispute. XXXX has not validated any debt to date. Pursuant to 15 US Code 1692e ( 4 ), A debt collector may not use any false, deceptive, or misleading representation or means in connection with the collection of any debt. Without limiting the general application of the foregoing, the following conduct is a violation of this section ( 4 ) the representation or implication that non-payment of any debt will result in the arrest or imprisonment of any person or the seizure, garnishment, attachment or sale of any property or wages of any person unless such action is lawful and the debt collector or creditor intends to take such action. Pursuant to 15 US Code 1692e ( 5 ), A debt collector may not use any false, deceptive, or misleading representation or means in connection with the collection of any debt. Without limiting the general application of the foregoing, the following conduct is a violation of this section : ( 5 ) the threat to take any action that can not legally be taken or that is not intended to be taken.
