I was the victim of fraudulent activity from someone posing to be a company and led me to pay for a service that I never received. I paid a total of {$4000.00} via zelle. I called chase to open a claim and they told me they can not help me and closed the claim. I also called zelle and they said I have to call chase. They did not help me and these people are still out there scamming other people because nothing had been done at all.
