I write to attach screenshots of my online acct at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX which states ACCOUNT CLOSED, Your Account is closed and Available credit {$0.00} which clearly documents that I have closed my account and my account obviously has been blocked from future purchase transactions. XXXX was required to report my account as Closed By Consumer simultaneously and promptly to all credit reporting agencies during my phone call to voluntarily close my account and block my account from future purchase transaction pursuant to the FCRA and XXXX XXXX protocols. Obviously, my screenshots clearly document that my account was closed and noted in the database of XXXX. However, my CLOSED account still remains reported to every CRA as OPEN and I have doubts whether it knows how to enter mid cycle mandatory reporting if Closed accounts or worse it may not report my account as closed in willful violation of the FCRA and XXXX XXXX protocols entitling be to {$1000.00} in Statutory damages against the Furnisher and every CRA who fails to report my account as Closed. No excuses will be tolerated for routine mandatory processing of my as closed. Please investigate and permanently report my account as closed and further mark my account as disputed.
