The offender is Hyundai Motor Finance for a lease I held between XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. They incorrectly reported several late payments up to 120 days which caused me to be denied a new lease. This information was provided to me by the Hyundai dealer! All of the payments were made on time and my messages to HMF were ignored or deflected to deal directly with the credit bureaus! This fraudulent reporting has caused an immediate family loss of {$3600.00}.
