I was contacted by XXXXXXXX XXXX who i have no business with and the notified me they were collecting a debt from a XXXX int purchase who i have no business with either. the representative advised me that he was a debt collector on behalf of XXXX XXXX a subsidary of XXXX int purchase. I have not given any information or giving any company the right to share my personal info social security number and telephone number. Aware of my rights as a consumer and natural person under the FCRA. These XXXX comp [ anies per representative who contacted me are Fortiva who shared my info with these XXXX companies without my knowledge or consent. I have asked fortiva in a previous complaint not to share my info in claim # per 15 USC 1681 section 602 A. states I have the right of privacy which for the second complaint been violated. I am asking for a remdy of {$1000.00} per violation. this has caused me extreme anxiety since i was a victim of fraud previously and have XXXX children who count on me and these calls and requests are alot to handle and manage my life due to these pressures and egregious attacks on my name, credibility and ability to maintain.
