Company has been Illegally harassing me for a Debt I do not owe them. Company has also violated my HIPPA rights by illegally obtaining my health records without written permission with signature from me. I dont have a contract with this company. I sent the company a letter back in XXXX ( see attached ) I requested validation. Company did not provide me with the information I requested. Company sent me another letter in XXXX trying to illegally collect debt.I decided to look into this company and found that they are not legally registered to collect in the state of Delaware. ( see attached ). XXXX letter dated XX/XX/2023 I do not owe this debt as well.
