Please help me this is concerning... Security ministration with my address name Social Security number. I also sent in a current drivers license now they requested a W9 form as I did not ask for any tax exemption or anything in that manner And when I sent it in, they said it was not accurate. I called the IRS state and federal in my name and EIN match. I completely feel I am being treated completely unfairly as I did not change my name XXXX XXXX XXXX around both of my credit cards in that time I received a new platinum Walmart rewards card that has my real name and it will not change my name back. It drives great concern. As in this time my credit scores being diminished as inquiries are being added. I have called at least 50 times that's not an understatement. I calling desperation that I believe I'm going through not only discrimination, but some kind of identity thief as they ask for all my information even my EIN as well as my Social Security number on a W9 form and told me the information did not match, I have evidence to support his not only letters with a letterhead from capital one with my correct name. ask them for a reasonable accommodation for my XXXX. I was mocked and laughed at about the situation at hand when I looked into it as well the state IRS and federal IRS has matching information. They informed me that the information was incorrect and I also have the W9 document. I also looked at how long it would take for my name to actually be changed and go into the computer and the odd thing was is that this my name was changed my correct name on the banking side and the accounts to a different name and that happened within a weeks time not even thank you for taking the time to read this.
