I don't know who is looking at these complaints or is looking into this investigations, but who ever is conducting the investigation is completely ignoring the facts that I have presented in the documents attached. which means that they are reviewing the documents with the violation that I have circled in red, and blatantly ignoring them. How can an investigation of illegal re-aging come back as verified and accurate? wouldn't that suggest that the investigator is agreeing to what i am saying and pointing out? XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX dba XXXX XXXX is illegally re-aging collection accounts reporting on my credit. This is a serious violation of the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING & FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTIE Act and is illegal. I can not get a mortgage loan or the job i want because of these inaccurate reporting. delete XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX accounts
