My name is ( XXXX XXXX ) and I am a consumer/natural man submitting this complaint on the behalf of myself without any influence of any third party being involved. Fraud has been committed on my consumer report by Transunion, and I did not consent, nor authorized these transactions on my report. Unauthorized inquiries has been furnished on my consumer report which is a direct violation of 15 U.S.C 1681b ( c ) ( A ) ( B ) ( i ) ( 3 ) under the FCRA. This is also a violation of my right to privacy in accordance with 15 U.S.C 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ). Its your duty to accurately report information and as of now youre not doing that and its impairing the efficiency of the banking system and causing harm to I the consumer and my consumer report.
