I have a debt with with Williams and Fudge ( the collector ), the original creditor is XXXX University. I set up a payment plan for XXXX, per pay period since the new rep XXXX XXXX said i couldnt continue to do XXXX per month like the previous rep XXXX XXXX said. This additional XXXX was agreed to by the new Williams and FudgeXXXX. XXXX informed me if i needed the payment stopped to call/email her. i sent an email to stop a payment and to take 2 payments on XXXX ( she agreed to this ) ; her company took the money out of my account anyway. I spoke with XXXX XXXX and she said she would refund it. She then leaves a message saying she not refunding it. I email her and informed her I will be paying online from now on. I get an email from the manager saying i cant make my payment online and if i pay online the whole balance is due. Thats a false statement as I have made payments online previously for years. I told them they can no longer auto debit my card and they got mad.Williams and Fudge are now lying and using unfair practices to collect a debt. I included the emails. I will not under any circumstances allow Williams and Fudge to auto debit anything and have advised my bank of the issues.
