I write to complain about the Facially False data reporting of my Account at XXXX XXXX XXXX which account was reported as Closed At Consumers Request on and before XX/XX/ but between XX/XX/ and XX/XX/, such CLOSED at Consumers Request REMARK CODE was REMOVED which now inaccurately reports my Closed account as OPEN in willful violation of the FCRA and Metro 2 protocols. Once an account is Closed, controls to prevent reporting it as OPEN were required to prevent Facially False Data from forever reappearing similar to preventing a dead person from coming back to life which is impossible. CRAs had data which should have prevented the later changing my account to OPEN. Both furnisher and violating CRAs are liable for statutory damages of {$1000.00} for each and every FCRA willful violations. I previously complained about failure to promptly report my Account as Closed and now after finally reporting my account as closed, Furnisher willfully reported it again as OPEN by removing the CLOSED remark. Idiots. Parrots. Bots. Make my day by continuing to willfully violate the FCRA. I now demand punitive damages for repeated violations including reporting Facially False Data.
