On XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX, I found out that I have 2 cards that can't be used and can't check the balance. I called the customer and asked what was wrong with my card. They told me that they locked my card and will Replace a new card for me, I called them on XX/XX/XXXX, and told me that I will receive new cards on XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX, respectively, a {$500.00} card ending in XXXX, and {$300.00} card that ends in XXXX, but I didn't receive it until today, I found out that they sent the card to a wrong address, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, there is a small error in this address, the correct one is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, I asked to resend me to the correct address, or change the two replacement cards to the correct address, but they refused me, gave me the case number and kept me waiting, I have been waiting for half a month Didn't receive my card, and asked me to continue to wait, and asked me to upload my privacy documents, the gift card is originally an anonymous shopping card, even though I uploaded my purchase receipt, I didn't get a reply from them as soon as possible, I'm so helpless, I don't want to lose XXXX dollars, this is my family 's money to buy food, I've waited too long, please help case number is XXXX and XXXX yesterday I call back and told me I will received the new card this week, but They cheat me Again and today another person told me to wait and send my ducument.
