Good morning, I bought a Nissan Truck in XX/XX/XXXX and Made on time payments for close to a year. I changed my due date around XX/XX/XXXX and proceeded to change my Auto Pay as well. However, something went wrong and it didnt go through on the website. I ended up missing payments for a couple months and was NOT notified by Nissan Motor Finance Company ( NMAC ). I never got any emails, texts, mail, or any else regarding this issue. The first time I noticed my Auto Pay didnt go through was when XXXX notified that my credit score had plummeted. I immediately paid off my debt and have not missed a payment since. This is most frustrating because I have not missed a payment on any account my entire life. If anyone could offer any assistance into this issue it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
