On XXXX my sister was contacted by someone claiming to be from " XXXX XXXX XXXX '' from XXXX and was told to contact me regarding a judgement. On XXXX my XXXX XXXX XXXX was contacted by the same number with the same message. After looking at my voicemail I noticed at least 2 calls and voicemails from XXXX demanding a call back to XXXX on those same dates. I called the XXXX number and a man who did not identify himself picked up. He ashed me some basic info about who I was and put me on hold. He came back a few minutes later and said he had a hard copy of my judgement and told it was in regard to 2 accounts. Made several claims about fraud etc and said one account was an old XXXX XXXX account that was closed in XXXX or XXXX and the other was a Wells Fargo line of credit closed in XXXX. I told him that I never had a line of credit with Wells Fargo. He initially insisted I did, but then said it was also a checking account. He said the total amount owed was XXXX plus dollars but with court costs etc it totaled to XXXX plus dollars. I said back to him that the XXXX account was from XXXX, it's XXXX and so it couldn't be collected on. And that I didn't owe anything to Wells Fargo for the checking account. He treid to insist that it was able to be collected on, even with the statute of limitations and that I already had made a payment on the Wells account in XXXX. I told him no, that it was absolutely incorrect and then he said well since you know everything, get off XXXX XXXX phone and wait for instructions and hung up. I did a reverse # search on the XXXX number and it came back to a mobile phone, and the XXXX number did not return any results. I do not have a name of the person that I spoke to, nor do I have a name of a company to refer to. The only name I have is in my voicemail.The name is XXXX XXXX. And a tracking XXXX. The voicemail also referenced reporting my info to XXXX
